Start of school
So we made it through the first weeks of school! I am curious as to how your children are adjusting to being in a classroom all day long. What are they saying at home? Do they have any good news that they are sharing or any concerns? It seems to me that they are just about adjusted to the routine. I am very strict with them at the beginning of the year until they learn and understand the rules. It makes our very large class size easier to manage if I can nip unruly behaviors in the bud at an early stage. Thanks for all of your support at home and keep me posted!

Avery has adjusted well. She is used to being in a classroom all day. She has been in daycare and preschool since she was a baby. She doesn't seem to have any concerns, although she was pretty upset by the yellow dot on the behavior calendar! She was harder on herself than her dad and I would have been! She seems to be making some new friends and is excited about getting to school every morning. So, in my opinion, all is well!
